Born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina, Melissa attended Needham Broughton High School and thereafter attended East Carolina University. After graduating with a degree in Business Administration in 2008, she earned her Juris Doctorate from Campbell University School of Law in 2011. Melissa was then admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in August 2011.
Melissa practices in the areas of criminal defense, serious personal injury, and civil litigation. She is dedicated to assisting her clients and providing passionate representation throughout the entire legal process.
