J.C. concentrates his law practice in the areas of real estate, business, collections and estate planning. Practicing law for over fifteen years, he has gained a reputation as a meticulous real estate attorney and corporate advisor that businesses and home buyers have come to rely on in the industry. J.C. is a tremendous asset to the small business owner. His ability to advise both individual and corporate clients distinguishes him as a unique professional with the skills and credentials to assist clients with all of their real estate and corporate needs.

J.C. received his law degree from Wake Forest University in 1990, and his professional association memberships include the North Carolina Bar Association, the North Carolina State Bar, the New Hanover County Bar Association, the Fifth Judicial District Bar Association, the Environmental Law Society, and the Phi Delta Phi Fraternity.

J.C. balances a successful law practice with his public service. From 1997 until 2001, he served on the Wilmington City Council. He continues to remain active in the community serving on various civic and charitable organizations and boards.
